ROOTS is our teen enrichment program for ages 12–16 who are ready for deeper farm experiences, meaningful teamwork, and confidence-building challenges. Each week blends hands-on farm life with creative projects and leadership growth — all while building friendships and having fun.

Farm Friends Club is a fun, small-group program designed for elementary-aged kids to build confidence, kindness, and curiosity through hands-on experiences at the ranch. Each week, children meet and care for our friendly animals, help with simple farm chores, and enjoy themed activities like nature crafts, animal care, and games.

- Group Size: Up to 25 children & adults
- Cost: $8 per person
Field trips are offered at a reduced cost as part of our nonprofit mission and scholarship support efforts.
What to Expect

🌿 Mission-Based Programs (Therapy & Scholarships)
Mini Mischief Ranch is a nonprofit care farm, and one of the ways we live out our mission is by offering animal-assisted support experiences for individuals and small groups who benefit from a calmer, more intentional visit.
These experiences are designed to support:
- emotional regulation and stress relief
- social skills and confidence building
- sensory-friendly connection in nature
- supportive experiences for neurodivergent individuals and families
- encouragement through animal interaction and gentle structure
Therapy & Support Visits
These visits are offered by appointment and may include:
- guided time with animals (goats, pigs, donkeys, mini cows & more)
- calm “meet the herd” moments
- optional reflection prompts and grounding activities
- a low-pressure environment designed to feel safe and welcoming
Scholarship Program (Therapy + Enrichment)
Because cost shouldn’t be a barrier, we offer limited scholarships as funding allows for both:
- therapy/support visits
- weekly enrichment programs (Farm Club + ROOTS)
We currently have families receiving scholarship support across both program types, and every private visit, donation, and sponsorship helps us continue offering these opportunities to more families who need them.
