 Celebrations are party-first (food, gifts, gathering) with a guided barnyard visit sprinkled in for the magic.

What's Included:

• Private use of the ranch for up to 25 guests
• Exclusive access to the barnyard + shaded patio space
• Hands-on animal interactions with our friendly minis
• Stacy on-site to guide your group and keep everyone safe
• Tables/seating in the shaded celebration area
   

⏰ Time & Schedule

Your booking includes 2 hours total on-site:

• 90 minutes of party/event time (celebration + animal time)
• 30 minutes extra for setup & cleanup
  (15 minutes before your start time + 15 minutes after)

Booking Details

Events are available year-round by reservation only. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.

Please note: For the safety of our animals and guests,  guests are 

not allowed to feed the animals.

Ranch Break Team Experiences are private 2-hour mini-retreats designed for connection, stress relief, and team bonding — without forced awkward activities. Your group will enjoy gentle animal interactions, fresh air, and simple guided moments that help everyone reset and leave feeling lighter.

 Ranch Breaks are retreat-style team resets with expanded guided animal interaction and optional connection activities.

A private 2-hour retreat experience for up to 12 guests.

Additional guests: $20 per person (max 35 guests)
